What is entailed and what do we offer

Jobs with Aldeas de Paz can be demanding! Please do not apply for a staff position unless you are comfortable with a large amount of constant responsibility in a variety of tasks.

Language Skills and Cultural Background:
  • English and Spanish language skills

  • Given the cultural context the candidate is preferably of Latin background

The commitment for the job is 12 months and is offered under the following conditions:
  • Three months mutual trial period

  • Monthly stipend of Venezuelan Bolivar 500,-

  • 3 weeks unpaid holidays per year (first holidays after six months)

  • Full board and shared accommodation

  • Use of washing machine

  • Use of foundation-grounds & recreational facilities

We regularly have openings for people with a commitment to long term voluntary work and skills in: NGO administration, gardening/horticulture, special needs education, building/construction, carpentry and Therapeutic Riding.
