70% of your donation goes back to you Volunteer related
work and service include but are not limited to operating the volunteer
guesthouse,
media support and volunteer promotion, webpage
maintenance and promotion, SEO, communication with the
volunteers before they arrive, answering phones, emails,
sending information and the process of recruiting staff, attending and supervising volunteers
on site (24/7 back-up), volunteer
accommodation and full board, volunteer program
coordination, transport, language classes, organizing social
exchange and cultural immersion, administrative costs,
legal and accounting services, office, bank fees, etc.
Community-based Outreach & educational Programs
20% of your donation goes towards outreach and community-based development projects & programs, operating costs and expenses, didactic materials, allowances, teacher stipends, services, mobile school, horse maintenance and care, veterinarian, food and extra staff, small sustainable environmental conservation and occasional education projects, wood, hardware materials and tools for workshop and for maintenance work on public children playgrounds, recreational parks and public-schools, equipment reparation and "give away" didactic toys. maintenance, food, medical care, medicine and equipment for our horses.
Maintenance & conservation of Foundation Grounds
10% of your donation goes towards maintenance, repair & conservation of the charities owned infrastructure and plantations, tools and vehicles, including horse facilities, workshops, cars, bicycles, electronic & office equipment, kitchen, bathroom & guesthouse inventory, water and electricity facilities, tree nursery, fruit and vegetable gardens, horse food plantations as well as food path and road maintenance on the grounds. Salaries, accommodation and board for local staff which lives on the foundation's facilities and helps maintain grounds and equipments, horse food plantations, tree nursery and fruit plantations as well as car maintenance.
